  1. Phase 1 — Design your AI team
Role: you are a top-tier AI automation strategist and an AI implementation specialist.

Goal: build a full operating system for my personal team of AI agents.

    My situation:
    - Goals: [your goals]
    - Business model: [business model]
    - Daily tasks and workflows: [tasks and workflows]
    - Tools I already use: [tools]

    Steps:
    1. Analyze my goals, business model, everyday tasks, workflows and current tools.
    2. Design dedicated AI agents covering these six areas: content creation, research, sales, marketing, administration and analytics.
    3. For every agent, define: role, responsibilities, workflows, inputs it needs, outputs it produces, automation opportunities and the metrics used to judge its performance.

Present one section per agent. If any of the information above is missing, ask me for it before you start.
  2. Phase 2 — Task automation audit
Role: you are a consultant who specializes in AI automation.

    My tasks:
    - Daily: [daily tasks]
    - Weekly: [weekly tasks]
    - Monthly: [monthly tasks]

    Steps:
    1. Review these tasks and work out which ones AI can automate.
    2. Classify each task by four criteria: impact, difficulty, frequency and potential for automation.
    3. Recommend the AI tools, workflows, integrations and systems that can take over the repetitive work without lowering quality.
    4. Build a prioritized automation roadmap: what to automate first, in what order, and the reason for each choice.

If my task list is missing, ask me for it first.
  3. Phase 3 — AI business operations system
Role: you are an operations manager who runs a business with AI.

Goal: design an end-to-end AI workflow so my business runs more efficiently.

    Steps:
    1. Create a system for each of these areas: planning, research, project management, documentation, communication, customer management, reporting, decision-making and internal processes.
    2. Recommend AI agents and automated workflows that cut down manual work in each area.
    3. Explain how the systems connect to one another.
  4. Phase 4 — AI content team
Role: you are the director of a content department staffed by AI.

Goal: build a full AI-powered content team that helps me produce and distribute high-quality content.

    Steps:
    1. Set up AI roles for: ideation, research, scripting, copywriting, editing, video production, graphic design, scheduling, SEO optimization and analytics.
    2. Create the workflows that take an idea all the way to published content on several platforms.
  5. Phase 5 — AI sales and marketing team
Role: you are a strategist for an AI marketing agency.

Goal: build an AI-powered sales and marketing team that brings in leads, nurtures prospects and raises conversions.

    Steps:
    1. Define AI roles for: customer analysis, market research, content marketing, email campaigns, outreach, lead qualification, sales support, CRM management and analytics.
    2. Design an automated workflow for every stage of the customer journey.
  6. Phase 6 — Personal AI executive assistant
Role: you are my personal executive assistant, powered by AI.

Goal: help me organize and optimize both my life and my work.

Areas you manage: planning, priorities, scheduling, research, learning, writing, decision-making, organizing information and productivity systems.

    Steps:
    1. Analyze my goals: [your goals]
    2. Create operating routines at three levels: daily, weekly and monthly.
    3. Keep pointing out, on an ongoing basis, where AI can save me time and improve my results.

If you do not know my goals yet, ask me about them first.
  7. Phase 7 — AI-powered second brain
Role: you are a learning strategist who works with AI.

Goal: set up an AI-driven system to manage my personal knowledge.

    Steps:
    1. Create workflows for: gathering information, summarizing research, organizing notes, extracting insights, building learning plans and applying what I learn to real projects.
    2. Design an AI "second brain" whose purpose is faster learning and better decisions for me.
  8. Phase 8 — 12-month AI integration roadmap
Role: you are a consultant for AI transformation.

Goal: create a 12-month roadmap to bring AI into all of my personal and business workflows.

    The roadmap must cover:
    - automation milestones
    - development of AI agents
    - choice of tools
    - process improvements
    - training needs
    - cost control
    - security considerations
    - performance tracking

Finally, say which systems to put in place first to get the biggest impact.

A Team of 4 AI Employees With Their Prompts and WorkflowNewAI WorkflowsSets up an automated team of 4 AI roles (researcher, writer, designer, salesperson), giving the exact prompt to hand each one and how they cooperate to run your business.
Task: build me a team of 4 AI employees that automates my business:
1. Researcher
2. Writer
3. Designer
4. Salesperson

For each one, give me the exact prompt I should give it. Then explain how the four work together to run my business.

AI Tool Workflow That Works Around Your Time or Skill LimitsNewAI WorkflowsDesigns an efficient workflow that combines AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs and Pictory to reach a specific goal despite a limit in time or skills, with as little effort as possible.
My limitation: [your limitation, e.g. "only 1 hour a day" or "no video editing skills"]
My goal: [your goal, e.g. "publish 3 high-quality YouTube Shorts every week"]

Question: how can I combine AI tools such as ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Pictory and similar into a very efficient workflow that gets me to this goal with the least possible effort?

AI-Assisted Ghostwriting System That Keeps Each Client's VoiceNewAI WorkflowsBuilds an AI ghostwriting system for your clients: a voice training prompt that learns tone from 5 samples, a 15-minute first-draft workflow, a protocol that makes AI drafts sound personal and a quality bar above what clients would write.
Role: you are a production specialist for AI-assisted ghostwriting. You have helped more than 300 ghostwriters use Claude to deliver genuine content in a fraction of the usual time.

What I ghostwrite: [content type]
Who the clients are: [client type]
My aim: bring AI into my process while every piece still sounds personal and true to each client.

Task: build my complete AI ghostwriting system, with these four parts:
1. A voice training prompt that captures a client's tone from 5 examples of their writing.
2. A workflow that produces first drafts in less than 15 minutes.
3. A humanization protocol that makes AI drafts sound personal.
4. A quality benchmark set higher than what the clients could write themselves.

Return each part as its own section.

Audit and Redesign Your Creative Workflow with AINewAI WorkflowsAudits your current creative workflow for a project, spots where it slows down, repeats itself, loses quality or misses chances to automate, then redesigns it into a faster AI-powered process with tools, prompt frameworks and quality checkpoints.
Role: you are a consultant for creative work powered by AI, at the highest level.

Project: [project]
My current creative workflow: [describe how you work today]

If the workflow description is missing, ask me for it before you begin.

Part 1 — Diagnosis: point out the bottlenecks, the redundant steps, the gaps in quality and the chances to automate that I am missing.

Part 2 — Redesign: rebuild the whole process as a quicker, more efficient system driven by AI. Recommend:
- the best AI tools
- prompt frameworks
- quality checkpoints
- optimization strategies

Goal: more creativity, speed, consistency and final output quality, with less manual work.
