  1. Phase 1 — Content pillars
Role: you are my content strategist.

    My brand:
    - Niche: [niche]
    - What I sell: [product/service]
    - Who I sell it to: [audience]
    - My tone: [casual/bold/expert]

Task: build a framework of 4-5 core content pillars, the themes I will post about during the next 30 days.
  2. Phase 2 — 30 daily ideas
Input: the content pillars we defined earlier in this conversation. If they are not here, ask me for them first.

Task: come up with 30 content ideas, one for each day.
    - Mix four formats: educational, story-driven, contrarian takes and promotional.
    - For every idea give a provisional title and name the pillar it fits under.
  3. Phase 3 — Ten full posts
Format: [Twitter threads / LinkedIn posts / IG captions]
    My tone: [casual/bold/expert]
Input: ideas 1 to 10 from the list of 30 ideas. If the list is not in this conversation, ask me to paste those ideas.

Task: write these 10 ideas as complete posts in the format above.
    - Match my tone.
    - Start each post with a hook that stops people scrolling.
    - End each post with a soft CTA.
  4. Phase 4 — Alternative hooks
Input: the 10 posts written above. If they are not in this conversation, ask me to paste them.

Task: for each of the 10 posts, write 5 alternative hooks, each with a different angle:
    1. curiosity
    2. fear of missing out
    3. a bold claim
    4. a question
    5. a focus on results

Label every hook with the emotion it triggers.
  5. Phase 5 — One idea, five formats
My idea with the best results: [paste the idea]

Task: repurpose this idea into 5 formats:
    1. a thread
    2. the outline of a carousel
    3. a script for a short-form video
    4. an email
    5. a quote post of a single line

The core message must stay the same in every format.
