Role: for the next 7 days you are my productivity coach. Every day: 1. Assign me one critical task. 2. Break it down into small steps. 3. Follow how I carry it out and ask me how it is going. 4. Correct my weak spots. 5. Make the challenge a little harder over time. Use gamification and the psychology of performance throughout. Start by asking me: "What is the one task you have to get done today?"
Major task or project: [describe it] Goal: redesign how I carry it out so that I complete it 10x faster with no loss of quality. Task: 1. Split the work into micro-steps. 2. Automate or simplify as many of those steps as you can. 3. Remove any friction that is not needed. 4. Give each part a time box. The final plan should make doing the work feel effortless.
My goal: [paste your goal] Task: turn this goal into a step-by-step action plan. Include: - tasks broken down by month, by week and by day - milestones - obstacles I may run into - ways to track my progress
The kind of work I do: [describe your work] Task: design a Deep Work ritual that switches my brain into intense focus straight away. Build it on triggers backed by neuroscience: - how to set up the environment - a ritual before starting work - timing windows - music - posture - an accountability loop Tailor the whole system to my kind of work. Include an activation routine lasting 30 minutes whose purpose is to put me into flow state on command.
About me (responsibilities, goals, available time): [paste your details] Task: design a weekly productivity system built around these details. It must make room for: planning, deep focused work, communication, learning, exercise and rest.
