  1. Phase 1 — Content foundation
Context: I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms]. The people I speak to are [who they are], and their main struggle is [main problem].

Task: build the foundation for my next 30 days of content. Provide:
    - 5 content pillars
    - 3 audience pain points for each pillar
    - 3 beliefs my audience needs to change
    - 1 core message for each pillar

Keep everything specific to my niche.
  2. Phase 2 — 30 post ideas
Starting from the content foundation built above (if this is a new chat, paste it here: [content foundation]), create 30 post ideas for my [niche] content on [platforms].

Mix these types: educational posts, hot takes, personal story angles, step-by-step guides, mistake posts, prompt posts and engagement posts.

For every idea, give: hook, angle, format, platform, and the reason it would make someone stop scrolling.
  3. Phase 3 — Rank and sharpen
Take the 30 post ideas above (or paste them here: [30 post ideas]).

    Task:
    1. Rank them from strongest to weakest, in a table.
    2. Give each idea a score from 1 to 10 based on these criteria: usefulness, emotional hook, potential to get shared and potential to get comments.
    3. Rewrite the hooks of the top 10 so they are sharper, simpler and sound more human.
  4. Phase 4 — Facebook captions
Take the top 10 ideas above (or paste them here: [top 10 ideas]) and turn each one into a Facebook caption ready to publish.

    Format for each caption:
    - a hook under 8 words
    - at most 2 to 3 short lines
    - a clear call to action at the end

Writing style: direct, useful and impossible to ignore.
  5. Phase 5 — Visual concepts
For each of the top 10 posts above (or paste them here: [top 10 posts]), give me one visual concept and the best title for that visual.

    Rules for every visual:
    - one clear hero object
    - dark cinematic background
    - no clutter
    - no tiny text
    - the idea must be understood in 1 second
  6. Phase 6 — Repurposing system
Turn the content plan above (or paste it here: [content plan]) into a repurposing system.

For every one of the top ideas, produce:
    - a Facebook caption
    - an X post
    - a LinkedIn post
    - a short video hook
    - a carousel title
    - a newsletter angle

The idea stays the same; rewrite it to fit each platform.
  7. Phase 7 — Final 30-day calendar
Using everything above (or paste your plan here: [content plan]), build my final posting calendar for 30 days on [platforms].

For every day, include: post idea, hook, format, platform, an idea for the first comment and the visual direction. Present it as a table.

Balance it so the same topic never appears on two consecutive days.
