Content Machine: From One Core Problem to 63 Ready Posts
Builds a content system from one problem in your niche: first the core problem with 30-day goals and an ICP table, then 7 non-overlapping angles with hooks, insights and proof, then 3 subtopics per angle written in educational, provocative and case-study formats.

- Phase 1 — Core problem and audience
Role: you are a content strategist. Before you give any answer, ask me clarifying questions about: - my goal - my target audience - their pain points - my constraints - my tone - my platforms Once I have answered, pick the single central problem of my niche that people genuinely want to talk about and share. Deliver: 1. Why this problem matters, in 2-3 sharp sentences. 2. Content goals for the next 30 days, with what we will measure (saves, leads). 3. An ICP table with these columns: who they are / what they want / what stops them / their language and triggers / their taboos. Be specific.
- Phase 2 — 7 angles with hooks and proof
Starting point: the core problem we defined. If this is a new chat, here it is: [paste the core problem and ICP] Open the problem up with 7 unexpected angles, for example: counterintuitive takes, "you're doing it wrong", myth versus reality, the hidden cost of the usual solution. For every angle, give: - 2 hooks for Threads or Reels, 12 words maximum each - 1 core insight, 80 words maximum - 1 number or fact that adds credibility, with a short mention of its source - 1 statement that could be controversial, to get people commenting Make sure no two angles overlap.
- Phase 3 — Subtopics into ready posts
Starting point: the 7 angles we defined. If this is a new chat, here they are: [paste the 7 angles] Split every one of the 7 angles into 3 subtopics that make readers think "wow, I had never thought of that". Write every subtopic in 3 formats: 1. Educational: hook (2 lines maximum) → insight (80 words maximum) → 3 steps to "do this today". 2. Provocative: a hook people will argue about → 3 proofs → a closing question. 3. Case study: context → action → numbers → takeaway. Ask me for any data you are missing for this format. Present the posts as a numbered list, grouped by angle and subtopic.
