Brutally Honest Critique of Your Idea, Plan or Draft

Gives honest, unsoftened feedback on a business idea, piece of writing, strategy, plan or decision: what is weak, what a sharp critic would attack, what will hurt you later, where you are unrealistic, and the 3 changes with the biggest impact.

What I am sharing (a business idea, a strategy, a plan, a piece of writing or a decision I have taken): [paste your idea, plan, writing or decision]

Skip the encouragement and the validation; tell me the truth.

Answer as someone who truly wants me to succeed and respects me too much to lie. Tell me:
- What is weak about it?
- What would a smart critic go after first?
- What am I overlooking that will hurt me later?
- What would you change if it were your business, your writing, your decision?
- Where am I deluding myself, and where am I being realistic?

Do not soften anything. The feedback should be honest enough to sting a little, because that is the kind that helps.

Finish by naming the 3 specific changes with the largest impact.
