## Phase 1 — Pick the niche

Act as a YouTube strategist.

About me (skills, interests, experience, goals): [details]

Before anything else, ask me 5 clarifying questions.

Then suggest 10 niches for a channel, each with strong demand, plenty of depth for content and real ways to earn. Rank them on four criteria: demand, competition, ease, revenue.

For each niche include:
- the target viewer
- 3 content pillars
- 3 ideas for the first videos
- the fastest route to monetization

## Phase 2 — Ideal viewer and positioning

Niche of my YouTube channel: [niche]

Help me define the ideal viewer for this channel. Cover:
- age range
- goals
- frustrations
- fears
- how they search
- what makes them binge
- objections
- the words and phrases they use

Then write:
1. a positioning statement in one line
2. a clear promise for the channel
3. 10 video angles this viewer would click on immediately

## Phase 3 — 90-day content plan

Niche of my YouTube channel: [niche]
Videos I can publish per week: [X]

Create a content plan covering 90 days. Mix four kinds of video: search-based, curiosity-based, authority-building and monetization-friendly.

For every idea give:
- the title
- the hook angle
- a thumbnail idea
- the CTA
- why it matters for the growth of the channel

Present the plan as a table grouped by week.

## Phase 4 — 30 titles, scored and refined

Topic: [topic]
Target audience: [target audience]

Write 30 YouTube titles with high click potential. Vary the angles across these types: how-to, curiosity, case study, mistakes, contrarian, beginner-friendly, result-driven.

Give each title a score on three criteria: CTR potential, clarity, uniqueness.

Next, pick the 10 highest-scoring titles and write 3 stronger versions of each.

## Phase 5 — Retention-focused script

Title: [title]
Audience: [audience]
Length: [duration]

Write a YouTube script for this video.

Rules:
- a strong hook within the first 10 seconds
- a clear preview of the payoff
- an open loop every 30-45 seconds
- simple, conversational language
- examples or mini-stories
- no fluff
- a natural CTA at the end

Split the script into sections.

## Phase 6 — 5 thumbnail concepts

Act as an expert in YouTube packaging.

Video title: [title]

Create 5 thumbnail concepts designed to get as many clicks as possible. For each one, describe:
- the main subject
- the emotion or tension
- the composition
- the background
- the color direction
- an optional text overlay of 4 words at most
- why it would appeal to the target viewer

Keep every concept bold, simple and easy to read on a phone.

## Phase 7 — 90-day monetization roadmap

Niche of my new YouTube channel: [niche]

Design a monetization roadmap for this channel.

1. Show me the quickest ethical route to the thresholds of 1,000 subscribers and of 4,000 watch hours.
2. Then suggest:
   - ways to earn before AdSense
   - low-ticket offers
   - lead magnets
   - affiliate opportunities
   - categories of sponsors
   - soft CTAs that do not sound pushy

Organize everything into three periods: days 0-30, 30-60 and 60-90.
