Goal: I want to grow on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok in parallel, without burning out and without making separate content for each platform.

Design the whole system for me, covering:
1. The single content piece: what I produce once a week.
2. The breakdown: exactly how that piece is split into 5 TikToks, 7 Instagram posts and 3 YouTube videos.
3. Time: how many hours per week the whole thing takes once it is properly systematized.
4. Growth: a realistic estimate of my combined follower growth across the 3 platforms after 90 days.
